Do they increase with time or do you have to be 'in the gang' to increase your own satisfaction of having more than 3 to your name?

In all seriousness, they go by post count. At this time, I'm not sure exactly how often they increase but I'll dig into my resources to find out & get back to you, Ace.

Absolutely. Redial indicated you were having a problem with that. My understanding is only Admins & Moderators can post MP3 files at this stage of the game. E-mail any MP3's you want posted at:
