Have you seen the two specials that Sky TV produced; Hogfather and The Colour Of Magic (which, as I recall, also covered The Light Fantastic)? Both have David Jason in and both are fab. 
There's also two animated ones that were done a good few years back, Soul Music and Wyrd Sisters, that are well worth checking out...

Hogfather was the first Pratchett novel I read in english original, because it simply lasts to long until they are translated.
Do you know Terry Gilliam owns a script for "The Good Omen" by Pratchett and Gaiman since years but doesn't get the money together for the movie? His main actors should become Johnny Depp and Robin Williams. Would be a dream if it ever happens.
